CORE Registration

Pick up a Handbook at the CRCS Office at 825 Oak Boulevard, Moody, AL 35004. Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The office is in the Education Building (behind the gymnasium which is on the right after you turn off Highway 411 onto Oak Boulevard). If you are providentially hindered from picking up the Handbook, contact Kathi or Tamara to have one mailed or emailed to you. If you are registering more than one student, just make a copy of the registration forms at the back of the Handbook.

Read the Handbook and complete these forms:

• Parent and Student Covenant (signed by one parent and student)
• Release Form
• Registration Form

Make check payable to CORE Academy and all three forms (per student) to CORE Academy c/o Tamara Mooring, 1115 Lock 3 Road, Ragland, Alabama 35131. A LATE registration fee applies after June 15, 2008.
